Studio Policies
These policies are designed to ensure a seamless experience while allowing me to provide the highest level of care to every guest.

Booking and Deposits
To reserve your appointment, a non refundable reservation booking fee (deposit) is required at the time of booking, along with a valid card on file.
Deposits are applied toward your scheduled service total.
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you, and this policy helps protect the time set aside for each guest.
Appointments are not guaranteed until the reservation fee has been successfully processed and all required booking information has been provided.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, and missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.
I understand that unexpected situations arise. If an emergency occurs, please reach out as soon as possible.
Late Arrival Policy
To ensure every guest receives the best possible experience, I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may require a shortened service or rescheduling. If rescheduling becomes necessary due to a late arrival, the reservation fee may be forfeited.
Thank you for helping me stay on schedule for all guests.
Guests and Children
To maintain a calm, restorative environment, appointments are reserved for scheduled guests only. Children may not accompany guests unless receiving a scheduled service.
Product & Service Refunds
Due to the nature of professional skincare services, services rendered are non-refundable.
Unopened retail products may be exchanged for studio credit within 14 days of purchase. Opened products are final sale unless defective.
Right To refuse Service
At Aesthetics by Katt, your safety, comfort, and skin health are my highest priorities. Services may be modified, postponed, or declined if a treatment is determined to be unsafe, contraindicated, outside my scope of practice, or not in the best interest of the client.
Aesthetics by Katt also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior.

Health & Safety
Your safety and skin health are my highest priorities. Please disclose all medications, skincare products, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy status, and recent cosmetic procedures prior to treatment.
All health information provided is kept confidential and is used solely to ensure treatments are performed safely and appropriately.
Photography & Documentation
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatments for documentation, progress tracking, and treatment planning.
Photographs will never be used for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes without your written consent.
Agreement
By scheduling an appointment, completing intake forms, or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the studio policies of Aesthetics by Katt.
Results
Every skin journey is unique. While treatments are customized to help you achieve your goals, results vary based on individual skin conditions, lifestyle factors, consistency, and homecare. Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
